Guest Reviews
“Highly Recommended”
We, a group of 100+ pax split into 2 batches, stayed here for our company outing for almost a week. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. All the staff are professional, approachable and accommodating. The rooms and all public areas are spacious, very clean and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and in the city and its about half an hour to Panglao island. Definitely good value for money! You also get more than what you pay for cause you’re also able to help your fellow men with hearing impairment. Majority of the staff- waiters and housekeepers are deaf and mute. They’re all so friendly and they provide great service. It was nice to get the chance to interact with them in small ways I can. It was overall a great stay in this hotel! Two thumbs up!

“Very Good Accommodation”
This is a hotel with a purpose. You feel you helped their cause by patronizing this hotel that benefits the deaf community in Bohol & Leyte. Staff are mostly deaf.
Service: You get free shuttle from the port/airport. You can book tours through the hotel. Free wifi. Attentive staff and very clean surroundings.
Room: We stayed in the ground floor. The room was very spacious. Good water pressure hot & cold. Very nice and homey. Just what we need since we are out all day and just need a restful room to sleep.
Hotel has a restaurant where you can order room service. It is also a 5 minute tricycle ride to Island City Mall that is the largest in Tagbilaran where you can shop and choose from various restaurants.
Hotel is very reasonably priced, very relaxing and far from the noisy city. I am glad we stayed here.

“Great Service”
Visited this as a solo traveller over the weekend. The thing that blew my mind was the service level of the front desk. I had to book many tours on the go and they could help arrange all of that within a short time frame. You know you are in good hands when the staff go out of the way to help you with your plans and bookings.
They offered a free shuttle service to the airport and seaport. You can contact them with your flight details when you arrive.
I enjoyed my stay here and found it to be value for money.
